X-Press Printing Terrible Customer Service!
I tried to get some business cards printed for IN Portage. They have good prices, but their customer service is awful. Especially Dave. I called about their special and brought a logo on a flash drive. Dave informed me that the logo would be extra. If you call any other printer, they include the logo on a simple black on white card, if you have the artwork already done. Dave said he wouldn't be able to pull the logo off the flash drive, never even bothered to look at it. I find it hard to believe they don't have a computer with a USB port. So anyway I agreed to just get the cards with text only for that price. (which is lame) They were supposed to layout a proof and email it to me. Never heard from them. The next day I called to see what the deal was and they said it would take about 5 days to get the proof ready. Are you kidding me? To set a few lines of text, no logo, takes almost a week? For a box of plain business cards with no logo? Whatever...... From the moment I walked in there, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. There's nothing X-Press about their service! |
